1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Feis Africa Safari website (feisafricasafari.com) or by making a booking with us, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Feis Africa Safari provides Tanzania safari packages, Zanzibar beach holidays, Safari + Beach combination packages, Kilimanjaro climbing expeditions, and related travel services. All packages are tailor-made and subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.

3. Booking Process

All bookings are made through our enquiry form or direct communication (email/WhatsApp). A booking is confirmed only when:

• You receive a written confirmation from Feis Africa Safari
• A deposit has been received (amount specified in your booking confirmation)

Until both conditions are met, your dates and package are not guaranteed. Feis Africa Safari reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

4. Pricing

All prices quoted on our website are in US Dollars (USD) per person unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the number of travelers, season, and accommodation level selected. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking deposit is received. Once a deposit is paid, the quoted price is locked in.

Prices include all items specified in the "Included" section of each package. Items listed under "Not Included" (international flights, visas, travel insurance, gratuities, personal expenses) are the responsibility of the client.

5. Payment Terms

Feis Africa Safari requires:

• Deposit: 30% of total package cost to confirm your booking
• Balance: Remaining 70% due 30 days before your safari start date
• Late bookings (within 30 days of travel): Full payment required at time of booking

Payment methods and banking details will be provided in your booking confirmation. All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring you hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity beyond travel date)
• Obtaining all required visas for Tanzania and any transit countries
• Arranging comprehensive travel insurance including medical evacuation cover
• Ensuring you meet any health requirements (vaccinations, malaria prophylaxis)
• Arriving at all meeting points at the agreed times
• Behaving responsibly in national parks and respecting wildlife, guides, and local communities

7. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to confirmed bookings must be requested in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Feis Africa Safari will make every effort to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee them.

8. Limitation of Liability

Feis Africa Safari acts as an organiser of safari and travel services. While we take all reasonable care in selecting and vetting our partners (lodges, guides, transport providers), we cannot be held liable for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
• Loss, damage, injury, illness, or death arising from participation in safari activities
• Wildlife encounters — safaris involve unpredictable wild animals

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for your booking.

9. Force Majeure

Feis Africa Safari shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, civil unrest, park closures, or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate alternatives.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
